Canvey Island PCN is taking part in the Heart Health Support Programme, a local NHS programme run in partnership with ECLIPSE (Equality of Care Led Insights for Patient Safety & Engagement). If you are eligible, you may be contacted by the programme team in order to help support you with your blood pressure or cholesterol. 

Pharmacists can offer advice on a range of illnesses, such as coughs, colds, sore throats, ear infections and aches and pains.

They can also give advice about medicines. This includes how to use your medicine, worries about side effects or any other questions you have.

If you’re pregnant or you have a child under four, NHS Healthy Start could help with the cost of fruit, veg, milk, and more.
